Armenian national team lost to Hungary

In the 5th round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, the Armenia national team faced Hungary at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.
 

The match ended 0–1 in favor of the visitors.
 

The opponent scored its only goal in the 33rd minute. After a pass from Dominik Szoboszlai, Barnabás Varga found the net.
 

Noah’s central defender Sergey Muradyan was in the starting lineup and played the full match. Goalkeeper Ognjen Čančarević and midfielder Gor Manvelyan did not get any playing time.
