At this stage, training becomes more intensive. The focus is placed on technical, tactical, and physical preparation. -
3Pre-ProfessionalFor those who demonstrate high performance and commitment, high-intensity training sessions are provided, conducted by UEFA-licensed coaches.

4Residency ProgramThe highest level of the academy is designed for the top talents. It offers a full-time, immersive experience that combines elite training with individual development.
